Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver actionable insights
Contribute to the development of reliable internal data infrastructure
Analyze user behavior and engagement trends
Design metrics and analytical frameworks to evaluate feature performance
Develop and deploy models for prediction and segmentation
Build feature pipelines and implement model monitoring
Establish consistent metric definitions and reporting standards
Promote best practices in data governance and reproducible analytics

Requirements

3 Years + experience in Data Science
Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and manipulation
Strong understanding of statistics, experimental design, and trend analysis
Ability to work independently, validate assumptions, propose next steps, and lead analytical efforts within projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
English: Ability to use English as the primary working language, and independently engage in technical discussions and complex problem-solving with multinational teams
Japanese: Business-level proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with domestic stakeholders
