About the role
- Support large-scale data analysis

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver actionable insights
- Contribute to the development of reliable internal data infrastructure
- Analyze user behavior and engagement trends
- Design metrics and analytical frameworks to evaluate feature performance
- Develop and deploy models for prediction and segmentation
- Build feature pipelines and implement model monitoring
- Establish consistent metric definitions and reporting standards
- Promote best practices in data governance and reproducible analytics
Requirements
- 3 Years + experience in Data Science
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and manipulation
- Strong understanding of statistics, experimental design, and trend analysis
- Ability to work independently, validate assumptions, propose next steps, and lead analytical efforts within projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- English: Ability to use English as the primary working language, and independently engage in technical discussions and complex problem-solving with multinational teams
- Japanese: Business-level proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with domestic stakeholders
