About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure the AI governance program, defining phases, roles, risk-classification criteria, templates, and indicators.
- Operate the OneTrust AI Governance module end-to-end, conducting the inventory of AI systems (registration, updates, and classification).
- Perform the program's AI impact assessments using templates aligned with the EU AI Act, Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and the Brazilian AI Legal Framework (Marco Legal de IA).
- Design and operate approval workflows for new use cases and models, and maintain algorithmic risk dashboards.
- Conduct mapping and review of Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) in high-volume projects, including uploading and updating records in OneTrust.
- Run orientation, information-gathering, and validation meetings with business areas and trigger the assessment queue in the platform.
- Support asset assessments, privacy risk analysis, and cover the privacy account’s day-to-day responsibilities when the primary owner is unavailable.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Law (completed).
- Knowledge of AI governance (EU AI Act, the Brazilian AI Legal Framework, and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001 or the NIST AI RMF), demonstrated through practical experience or specific training.
- Ability to build a program from scratch: propose the design, create templates, define workflows and metrics — not only execute pre-existing processes.
- Practical experience in privacy and data protection, including mapping and recording processing activities and conducting interviews with business units.
- Experience operating a privacy platform, with willingness to deepen expertise in OneTrust and its AI Governance module.
- Availability to work with more than one client in the same week, without requirement for full-time allocation.
