About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate privacy program workflows in OneTrust: data subject requests, mapping, assessments, cookies and incidents.
  • Configure and maintain on the platform whatever the routine requires, including forms, automation rules, dashboards and reports, without depending on the technical team.
  • Receive, triage and handle data subject requests, collecting information from business areas, consolidating the investigation and preparing the response for validation by the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
  • Conduct mapping interviews with business areas and keep records of processing activities and the data inventory up to date and consistent.
  • Support impact assessments and risk analysis conducted by the DPO, and assist in drafting and reviewing privacy notices, policies and communications.
  • Manage cookie governance: periodic scans, classification, handling unknown cookies and publication of the cookie banner.
  • Trigger the incident response protocol and monitor vendor risk assessments and the request portal.
  • Formalize status and pending items by email, with the appropriate parties copied, and support training and awareness activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (completed).
  • Hands-on experience in privacy and data protection, with practical involvement in at least two of the following areas: data subject requests, mapping and records of processing activities, cookies, privacy notices or impact assessments.
  • Practical experience operating a privacy platform, with autonomy to configure it (fluency in OneTrust is the most important requirement for this role).
  • Applied knowledge of the Brazilian Data Protection Law (LGPD): legal bases, data subject rights, personal and sensitive data, data lifecycle, flows and sharing.
  • Availability for full-time, exclusive dedication to a single client, without simultaneously servicing other accounts.
  • Official OneTrust certification, Professional or Expert level (advantages).
  • EXIN or IAPP certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM or AIGP) (advantages).
  • Postgraduate degree or courses in data protection (advantages).
  • Previous experience working on-site at a client and in environments with multiple entities, multiple sites and applications (advantages).
  • Knowledge of AI governance (EU AI Act, Brazil's AI Legal Framework, ISO/IEC 42001) (advantages).
  • Intermediate or advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience handling children’s and adolescents’ data (advantages).
