About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Gaia’s consumer funnel end-to-end: from first touch through consult booking, financing, and treatment activation.
- Responsible for improving conversion, increasing revenue, and helping thousands of patients navigate healthcare decisions.
- Work directly with the Head of Product, alongside engineering, design, marketing, operations, and clinic partners.
- High autonomy, fast shipping velocity, and direct influence on company strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of product management experience
- Experience owning growth, conversion, marketplace, or consumer funnels
- Proven track record improving key business metrics through experimentation
- Comfortable owning revenue outcomes, not just shipping features
- Strong product intuition paired with analytical rigor
- Highly autonomous operator who thrives in ambiguity
- Experience in fast-moving startup environments (Series A/B preferred)
- NYC-based and excited to work in person several days per week
