Key responsibilities & impact

Own Gaia’s consumer funnel end-to-end: from first touch through consult booking, financing, and treatment activation.
Responsible for improving conversion, increasing revenue, and helping thousands of patients navigate healthcare decisions.
Work directly with the Head of Product, alongside engineering, design, marketing, operations, and clinic partners.
High autonomy, fast shipping velocity, and direct influence on company strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8 years of product management experience
Experience owning growth, conversion, marketplace, or consumer funnels
Proven track record improving key business metrics through experimentation
Comfortable owning revenue outcomes, not just shipping features
Strong product intuition paired with analytical rigor
Highly autonomous operator who thrives in ambiguity
Experience in fast-moving startup environments (Series A/B preferred)
NYC-based and excited to work in person several days per week
