Key responsibilities & impact- Define the long-term vision for Gaia’s employer offering, turning ambiguity into a crisp roadmap
- Create a lovable employer and employee experience that stands out in the fertility & family-building landscape
- Co-lead the ROI strategy for the employer product
- Align with Sales & Legal on what we sell
- Partner with Ops on what we can operationalize
- Work with Eng to build scalable systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–10 years B2B experience in product or growth roles - ideally in high-growth fast-paced startups
- Have built or worked on an employer healthcare product before
- Care about revenue and margin, not just UX polish
- Love ambiguity
- Are AI-native, constantly testing out the latest tools to scale yourself & your team
- Can go from whiteboard → SQL → customer call → Figma → pricing model in the same week
- Have high energy and bias toward action
