About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide project and task leadership for siting, permitting, and documentation efforts relating to electric transmission projects
  • Lead electric transmission line siting investigation tasks and prepare siting documentation for regulatory review
  • Lead environmental resource investigation tasks and prepare permit applications and associated environmental reports
  • Manage technical investigations such as environmental inspections and compliance monitoring
  • Implement and comply with safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 18+ years of experience in environmental sciences or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or similar field of study
  • Technical writing skills
  • Ability to manage environmental investigations including wetland delineations and endangered species surveys
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Driver's License
