About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Developing client and business relationships
Supporting engineering staff, electric distribution networks, and civil engineering expertise
Leading business development pursuits, developing statements of qualifications and proposed project scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and fees
Providing design, management, and technical direction and oversight associated with multi-discipline design and construction projects
Facilitating client team meetings
Managing assigned projects, including responsibility for delivering scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 18 years of total engineering or technical experience
At least 10 years serving as a Project Manager leading and directing projects or portfolios
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering or applicable technical discipline
Advanced technical degree or MBA is strongly preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred or desire to obtain
Experience with Deltek required
Understanding of software including Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office Suite applications
