About the role
- Serve as the first line of communication for client questions via email or virtual chat
- Support onboarding processes for new clients or program participants
- Troubleshoot common issues or escalate more complex problems as needed
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and provide relevant feedback to improve internal processes
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are addressed promptly
- Provide professional, responsive, and thoughtful assistance to clients and internal teams; act as an initial point of contact
Requirements
- A clear, professional communicator (written and verbal)
- Empathetic and solution-oriented; able to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Comfortable using digital tools
- Highly organized and dependable; able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a client support, administrative, or service-oriented role is a plus
- Strong work ethic and growth mindset; open to training
