- Lead RFQ-driven sourcing and supplier qualification processes
- Review technical drawings, tolerances, and compliance requirements
- Align customer specifications with manufacturing feasibility
- Support long-cycle, multi-level decision processes
- Build stable, long-term supply partnerships
Requirements
- Technical sales within aerospace or defense manufacturing
- Experience in contract manufacturing, fabrication, or precision welding services
- Familiarity with regulated, documentation-heavy environments
- Long-cycle B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated long-term tenure in prior roles
- Engineering background preferred but not required.
