About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Leverage recruitment tools to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure they align with job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting IT professionals for US-based roles (minimum of 3 years)
  • Strong understanding of the US IT job market and technical roles (e.g., developers, network engineers, system administrators, etc.)
  • Proficient with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Full knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
