About the role

  • Contact inbound leads within defined SLAs (email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn)
  • Conduct outbound prospecting using provided lists, CRM, and campaigns
  • Follow up persistently (minimum 6–10 touchpoints per lead)
  • Qualify prospects including: Business type and size, Decision-maker authority, Current pain points, Urgency and readiness, Budget range (when applicable)
  • Book qualified discovery or demo calls directly onto the Head of Sales’ calendar
  • Ensure meetings meet minimum qualification standards
  • Send calendar invites, confirmations, and reminders
  • Accurately log all activities in CRM
  • Maintain clean lead statuses and notes
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on: Leads contacted, Appointments set, Show-up rate, Conversion by source
  • Provide call summaries and prospect context before meetings
  • Flag high-intent or high-risk opportunities
  • Share objections, trends, and feedback from the field

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as an Appointment Setter / SDR (B2B services preferred)
  • Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
  • Proven track record of booking qualified meetings, not just volume
  • Experience working with a closer or sales manager
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
