About the role
- Contact inbound leads within defined SLAs (email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn)
- Conduct outbound prospecting using provided lists, CRM, and campaigns
- Follow up persistently (minimum 6–10 touchpoints per lead)
- Qualify prospects including: Business type and size, Decision-maker authority, Current pain points, Urgency and readiness, Budget range (when applicable)
- Book qualified discovery or demo calls directly onto the Head of Sales’ calendar
- Ensure meetings meet minimum qualification standards
- Send calendar invites, confirmations, and reminders
- Accurately log all activities in CRM
- Maintain clean lead statuses and notes
- Provide daily and weekly reports on: Leads contacted, Appointments set, Show-up rate, Conversion by source
- Provide call summaries and prospect context before meetings
- Flag high-intent or high-risk opportunities
- Share objections, trends, and feedback from the field
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as an Appointment Setter / SDR (B2B services preferred)
- Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
- Proven track record of booking qualified meetings, not just volume
- Experience working with a closer or sales manager
- CRM proficiency (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent spoken and written English.
