About the role
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote company products/services.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
- Send well-written follow-up emails with relevant info sheets and supporting materials.
- Keep detailed and organized records of outreach activities, responses, and scheduled appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify decision-makers and gather relevant information to support the sales pipeline.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with warm leads and re-engage inactive prospects.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
- Successfully set appointments for qualified prospects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or sales (preferably in a B2B environment).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, persistent attitude.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
