About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work in an integrated and strategic manner with the Legal, Finance and Administrative areas, promoting a results-driven culture based on data;
  • Structure, integrate and govern data from legal, financial and administrative systems, ensuring consistency, reliability, traceability and conceptual alignment of information;
  • Extract, process, consolidate and organize case, financial and administrative data to enable operational, managerial and executive analyses;
  • Develop, maintain and evolve dashboards and performance indicators for legal, financial and administrative functions;
  • Support legal, finance and administrative leadership in defining, monitoring and reviewing goals, budgets and forecasts, providing critical analyses and impact studies;
  • Consolidate, analyze and present periodic reports on results, costs, risks and performance to the board;
  • Conduct critical performance analyses of litigation portfolios, identifying opportunities for improvement, cost optimization, risk reduction and efficiency gains;
  • Automate processes for collecting, processing, consolidating and analyzing legal and financial data, aiming for standardization, efficiency and reliability;
  • Respond to specific analytical requests related to cases, contracts, portfolios, clients, new business and financial indicators;
  • Propose improvements to controls, indicators, methodologies and systems used by the Legal, Finance and Administrative areas;
  • Develop alerts and predictive analyses regarding risks, costs, contingencies and probability of success, anticipating relevant financial and legal impacts;
  • Structure and support regular legal-financial follow-up rituals, ensuring management discipline, informed decision-making and strategic alignment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics or related fields.
  • Experience: Experience in data management or MIS, preferably in legal environments or law firms.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • - Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • - Advanced Excel proficiency (dashboards, pivot tables, charts).
  • - Ability to create clear, actionable reports for different areas of the firm.
  • - Basic knowledge of SQL or other tools for data extraction and manipulation.
  • - Knowledge of the CPJ system will be considered a differential.
  • Skills:
  • - Strong analytical orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • - Ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously.
  • - Good communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear language for diverse audiences.
  • - Organization, proactivity and autonomy at work.
