About the role
- Litigation and advisory work on a portfolio of active and passive banking law claims, defending the interests of a financial institution.
- Drafting legal opinions
- Responding to legal inquiries
- Drafting and filing court pleadings
- Case monitoring and procedural follow-up
- Managing communications and orders in judges' chambers and at courts
- Attending hearings
- Preparing reports.
Requirements
- Exclusive dedication (full-time, exclusive commitment to the firm)
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a lawyer or trainee/intern in banking or real estate law
- Proactive attitude

- Proficiency with cloud-based platforms and remote collaboration tools.
