About the role
- In this role as SEO Manager , you will be responsible for driving the SEO success of well-known brands to help them grow their businesses.
- You will manage SEO projects from strategy to execution, leading our team, and collaborating directly with clients.
- Oversee SEO projects for various clients, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop, execute, and analyse SEO strategies in collaboration with the SEO Director.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and evaluations to identify opportunities for ranking improvements.
- Identify on-page content opportunities, optimise client websites for improved visibility, and boost search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyse client site performance using a range of SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs & SE-Ranking.
- Create clear, data-driven reports in Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and recommendations.
- Organise and lead regular calls with clients, discussing performance, strategies, and any necessary adjustments.
- Attend regular SEO team meetings to share knowledge, brainstorm new ideas, and stay informed about industry updates.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and new tools to ensure best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (C2 level)
- 4+ years of SEO experience with a strong passion for the field.
- Solid on-page SEO expertise.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with: Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google Search Console, Data Studio , Screaming Frog.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, Social Media).
- Technical SEO expertise.
- Previous experience in a digital agency environment.
