About the role
- Responsible for daily monitoring of tickets in the Ticketing System, acting at first-level support (L1) with a focus on maintenance and sustaining operations, ensuring SLA compliance for tickets related to the Protheus ERP modules: Tax, Purchasing, Accounting, Finance and TMS.
- Serve as the focal point in the Ticketing System, responsible for tickets opened for the Systems team (TMS + Backoffice).
- Provide first-level support to internal clients (L1) via Teams, email or the support platform.
- Perform preliminary analysis and provide solutions for simple and recurring issues, basic system questions and basic configuration (Web Agent, Environment, URL).
- Escalate more complex tickets to higher levels (L2/L3), providing detailed information and documenting the support history.
- Verify the operation of the Protheus system, report status to the Systems Team, and validate that everything is operational.
- Monitor open tickets, ensuring the internal client is updated on progress and closure of requests via Teams, email or the Ticketing System.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in IT or related fields (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration).
- Basic knowledge of programming logic and/or algorithms.
- Experience in support or servicing internal users/clients.
- Good communication, organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
- Experience with the Protheus ERP.
