About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary owner of complex Trust & Safety escalations from internal teams and external customers.
  • Resolve high-impact, sensitive cases end-to-end with little to no supervision.
  • Use SQL and BI tooling to independently investigate fraud trends across G2’s marketplace.
  • Identify gaps in existing review integrity and fraud detection policies based on real-world investigation findings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety with hands-on exposure to automated or scaled enforcement systems.
  • Experience with content moderation, scaled enforcement programs, policy interpretation, and real-time incident response in complex environments.
  • Strong, independent SQL skills.
  • AI-Literate with an understanding of LLM-based and classifier-driven enforcement systems.
