Drive revenue through book of business with emphasis on retention and growth
Prospect and unlock expansion revenue by educating contacts on G2 solutions
Build trust with key accounts and executive sponsors through relationship building
Develop and deliver concise sales presentations online and in-person
Manage a portfolio of accounts with emphasis on multi-threading and prospecting into new teams
Support onboarding, handoff, and maintenance calls to ensure successful partnerships
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Solutions Consultants, Customer Support, and the G2 Research Team to provide a world-class customer experience
Requirements
3+ years of quota carrying sales or account management experience
Experience calling into Mid-Market sized companies
Proven track record of high performance and experience exceeding sales targets
Experience in a B2B sales environment
Experience in the software, technology, or digital marketing industry
Outstanding presentation and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally
Understanding of negotiation techniques and client-focused negotiation skills
Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Authorization to work in the United States without restriction
Willingness and ability to come into the Chicago HQ 2 days a week (required on application)
