About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Determine and document the technical and commercial requirements of the customers application
Select the appropriate G&W product to meet these requirements
Develop accurate cost models for both standard and custom equipment
Determine price levels and lead times
Partner with customers and our Engineering team to develop custom solutions that satisfy their needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal resources and Sales Team
Provide timely and effective verbal and written communication to our internal resources and Sales Team
Communicate these requirements to G&Ws internal teams for engineering and manufacturing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Holds a Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from four-year accredited college
A concentration in Power Engineering is highly desired
Has strong computer proficiency
Possesses strong interpersonal skills
Ideally has experience with switchgear, reclosers, SF6 insulated and dielectric insulated switches
