About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and advance an integrated demand and supply planning function across North America
- Lead the monthly demand planning cycle, ensuring accurate short, medium, and long-term forecasts
- Own supply planning processes to ensure demand requirements are met while optimizing cost and inventory
- Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process
- Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and operational capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
- 8-12+ years of relevant experience
- Experience building or evolving planning processes
- Strong MRP and forecasting knowledge
- ERP experience (JD Edwards preferred)
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- S&OP / IBP experience
