About the role
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and content marketing channels
- Create, schedule, and deploy content across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and client objectives
- Support the management of social media calendars and monitor channels for engagement opportunities
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages, supporting community growth
- Assist in building and deploying email campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and QA
- Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms as needed
- Track and compile campaign performance metrics and assist in developing client reports and dashboards
- Monitor campaign performance and flag insights, trends, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account, creative, and web to support campaign execution
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines
- Participate in internal and client meetings, capturing notes and action items
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, including emerging AI applications
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or related field (including internships)
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, web, paid media)
- Familiarity with social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
- Exposure to marketing tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Sprout, or similar platforms preferred
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and performance metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced agency environment
- Familiarity with emerging AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude and related tools) and how they can be used to enhance research, content creation and workflow efficiency.
