About the role

Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end security programs that align with organizational goals and industry best practices
Coordinate with engineering, IT, legal, and other cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into business processes and resolve dependencies
Define, manage, and improve security initiatives from conception to completion
Drive roadmap creation and quarterly planning in collaboration with Information Security leader and team
Drive communication and enablement of security initiatives and programs across a global audience
Facilitate communication, track progress, and report on KPIs to leadership and stakeholders
Assist with security incident response activities to ensure swift and effective resolution of security breaches
Develop training programs and continuously improve program management processes to foster security awareness

5+ years of experience in technical program management
Proven track record of delivering complex security programs in a technology-driven environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Experience leading security or infrastructure programs preferred
Strong understanding of security principles, technologies, and best practices
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Rally
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred: Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe)
Preferred: Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2
