Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years sales or lead generation experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment
