About the role

  • Supporting the strategic lifecycle of Global benefits offerings
  • Driving the end-to-end benefits renewal process, strategic planning, implementation, and vendor management
  • Conducting research and analysis on competitive landscape and emerging market trends

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience, primarily focused on the strategic design, renewal, and implementation of employee benefit programs
  • Solid working knowledge of the global benefits industry, including mandatory and supplemental benefits, and regulatory compliance
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly collaborative style, capable of successfully working across finance, product, marketing, and sales teams
