About the role
- Establish an end-to-end, AI-first Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Partner with product, architecture, and engineering managers to align requirements with operational processes and manage the product feedback funnel using AI.
- Deploy AI-powered tools for identifying test case scenarios and predicting potential defects; capture end-user feedback through intelligent systems.
- Architect AI-driven workflows for process creation, updates, training, and communication to enable GTM readiness and operational efficiency.
- Use AI to establish benchmarks for success metrics and evolve data practices; measure and surface data about the product development process to improve delivery.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert on intersection of AI and product operations; champion AI literacy across organization.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing or implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize daily workflows and improve productivity.
- Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements for AI systems is desirable.
- Proven experience supporting product development and delivery. Experience within an HR technology or HR domain is beneficial.
- The ability to analyze product data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of initiatives, and inform data-driven decision-making.
- Experience using Databricks, Tableau or a similar reporting tool is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with proven track record of delivering results and strong communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and awareness of system architecture concepts.
- Experienced using Atlassian (specifically Jira and Confluence); proficiency in Lucid and Figma a bonus.
- Demonstrated experience of AI-assisted tools like Replit, Lovable, etc. in a production-grade project is a strong plus.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
