• Establish an end-to-end, AI-first Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering managers to align requirements with operational processes and manage the product feedback funnel using AI.
• Deploy AI-powered tools for identifying test case scenarios and predicting potential defects; capture end-user feedback through intelligent systems.
• Architect AI-driven workflows for process creation, updates, training, and communication to enable GTM readiness and operational efficiency.
• Use AI to establish benchmarks for success metrics and evolve data practices; measure and surface data about the product development process to improve delivery.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on intersection of AI and product operations; champion AI literacy across organization.
