About the role
- Manage multiple client requests and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Own project scope and delivery plans, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Lead client meetings, providing clear updates on progress, milestones, risks and issues.
- Maintain project trackers and prepare regular reporting on performance, delivery status and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Identify and resolve gaps in processes, controls and execution.
- Partner with clients to design and implement new workflows in response to regulatory change.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, standards and internal controls.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise, coach and develop team members, setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 1 - 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Exposure to the derivatives trading.
- Familiarity with KYC constitutional documents including onboarding.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
- Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with exceptional presentation expertise.
- Understanding of financial services firms and investment management operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on quality and process.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with team members, both senior and junior.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong proficiency in Excel preferred.
