About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and execution of G&G’s commercial messaging and campaign initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into manageable content and campaigns
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns including email campaigns and nurture sequences
  • Develop and update sales and marketing content including case studies, application briefs, and campaign materials
  • Track and report on campaign performance including email metrics and engagement data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience marketing technical or industrial B2B products
  • Hands-on experience building and executing email campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot)
  • Ability to create sales-enablement content such as case studies, application briefs, and customer-facing messaging
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to translate technical features into clear customer value
  • Experience supporting sales teams, distributors, or rep networks
  • Comfortable collaborating directly with sales leadership on messaging and campaign priorities
