- Transform complex information into clear, practical, and engaging content.
- Create a variety of content types including training presentations, job aids, and e-learning scripts.
- Apply adult learning principles to ensure content is relevant and practical.
- Collaborate with project leads, designers, learning specialists, and SMEs.
- Maintain high standards of quality across all deliverables and conduct final reviews.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience creating learning, training, enablement, or educational content for enterprise or B2B audiences.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience translating complex information into accessible and engaging content.
- Strong proficiency with Google Docs and Google Slides.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into content creation workflows.
- Sales enablement or customer enablement content development (Desirable).
- Learning & Development (L&D) experience (Desirable).
- E-learning script writing and LMS content development (Desirable).
- Experience working with technical products, software, AI, or digital transformation initiatives (Desirable).
