About the role
- Hire, lead, and coach a team of Commercial AEs selling into small to mid-sized teams
- Support reps by joining calls, helping run trials, and assisting with pricing and deal strategy when needed
- Help define how and when sales engages with product-led and inbound demand
- Interview, hire, and onboard new AEs as the team grows
- Implement and improve core sales processes in service of predictable revenue
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal quality
- Partner with Product, Growth, Enablement, and RevOps to improve conversion and expansion
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales management or leadership experience
- Experience building or scaling a sales team at an early-stage company
- Strong background as an individual contributor before moving into management
- Comfortable coaching reps live and getting involved in deals
- Experience running short cycle, high velocity sales motions
- Strong judgment around prioritization, deal qualification, and forecasting
- Clear communicator with a direct, thoughtful management style
