About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handling customer enquiries via live chat and email – with clarity, empathy, and accuracy
- Diagnosing and resolving order, shipping, and account issues
- Helping merchants set up their stores and get the most from the platform
- Flagging patterns and trends so we fix problems at the root, not just the surface
- Collaborating with your team – sharing knowledge, escalating with context, keeping information flowing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written and spoken English – clear, structured, easy to follow
- A calm head under pressure – you stay level-headed when customers are frustrated
- Genuine ownership – when something goes wrong, your instinct is to fix it, not pass it on
- Curiosity – you ask questions, look things up, and want to understand how things work
- A team mindset – you share information, help colleagues, and don't let problems sit
- Full-time availability for shift-based work, including evenings and/or weekends
- Legal right to work a full-time job (40 hours per week) in Latvia
- Nice to have – but not required: previous CS experience or familiarity with e-commerce or print-on-demand.
