About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop comprehensive program plans for multi-channel eCommerce programs aligned to the program vision, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Maintain rigorous organizational standards across all workstreams by establishing clear meeting agendas, documenting actionable follow-up notes
  • Influence and guide cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, setting expectations, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that team members have the tools, information, and support required to execute their tasks efficiently
  • Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans
  • Monitor program progress, track milestones, and manage changes to scope or timelines
  • Regularly communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure the service outcome meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Continuously evaluate program management processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices
  • Collaborate with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction, KPI achievement and provide updates on program progress

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in project or program management, preferably within the licensing, merch-on-demand, ecommerce, or related industries
  • Bonus: proven experience in eCommerce operations, featuring expertise with Shopify Plus ecosystems, Amazon marketplaces, and related tech stacks
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in project management software, Google Apps for Business, Microsoft Office suite, and collaboration tools
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
