About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and scale FYUL’s Shopify and storefront ecosystem
Carry full P&L and commercial responsibility for GMV growth, merchant acquisition, activation, retention, and channel expansion
Define strategy, mobilize cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable growth
Steer the strategic direction of a critical growth channel
Create a culture of urgency, experimentation, and accountability
Partner with GrowthOps, Product, Selection, CX, Finance, and Functional Heads
Set monthly, quarterly and annual growth roadmaps and measurable KPIs
Mentor talent and raise standards, driving an ownership mindset

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12+ years in commercial / growth leadership roles
Proven P&L or channel ownership experience
Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or e-commerce ecosystems
Strong analytical fluency (funnels, CAC/LTV, unit economics)
Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
High ownership, bias for action, resilient under pressure
Nice to have: prior Shopify ecosystem experience.
