About the role
- Maintaining accurate records and administrative documentation
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, shipments, and inter-company shipping (domestic and international)
- Preparing and updating internal documents, presentations, and materials
- Assisting with onboarding and recruitment-related materials
- Coordinating meetings, trainings, and projects within the production center
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating small purchases when needed
- Supporting internal and external events, including logistics and communication across different channels
- Processing invoices and supporting basic administrative accounting tasks
- Assisting employees with administrative requests and business trip arrangements
- Welcoming visitors and coordinating guided tours of the facility
- Supporting facilities administration and maintaining internal tracking systems
- Assisting with internal culture initiatives and activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative support or a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent Spanish and professional English communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace
- Canva or basic design experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and sense of ownership
