About the role

  • Maintaining accurate records and administrative documentation
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, shipments, and inter-company shipping (domestic and international)
  • Preparing and updating internal documents, presentations, and materials
  • Assisting with onboarding and recruitment-related materials
  • Coordinating meetings, trainings, and projects within the production center
  • Ordering office supplies and coordinating small purchases when needed
  • Supporting internal and external events, including logistics and communication across different channels
  • Processing invoices and supporting basic administrative accounting tasks
  • Assisting employees with administrative requests and business trip arrangements
  • Welcoming visitors and coordinating guided tours of the facility
  • Supporting facilities administration and maintaining internal tracking systems
  • Assisting with internal culture initiatives and activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative support or a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent Spanish and professional English communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Canva or basic design experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and sense of ownership
