About the role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in tech, marketing, finance, and other business departments
- Identify and engage active and passive candidates across various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct comprehensive market research to assess the talent landscape and build candidate pipelines
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct recruitment screens
- Maintain candidate database via Applicant Tracking Systems
- Maintain and improve recruitment processes
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in tech companies
- Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional writing skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
