About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in tech, marketing, finance, and other business departments
  • Identify and engage active and passive candidates across various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to assess the talent landscape and build candidate pipelines
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct recruitment screens
  • Maintain candidate database via Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Maintain and improve recruitment processes

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in tech companies
  • Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
