About the role
- Support in setting up personalized user journeys based on behavior and segmentation
- Assist in refining client segmentation methods and exploring new ways to engage users
- Work with internal teams to support CRM product adoption and uncover opportunities for improvement
- Configure and manage communication tools such as push notifications and email campaigns
- Create and schedule visually appealing emails and push notifications; assist with automated flows
- Monitor and evaluate CRM campaigns by collecting and analyzing performance data
- Participate in A/B testing to improve messaging, timing, and content effectiveness
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or a related role
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Interest in working with data and improving customer experiences
- Basic knowledge of HTML for email setup is a plus
