About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Commercial, Product, Technology, and other functions — from brief to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job posts, and build targeted sourcing strategies.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines across our core hiring areas, with a particular focus on the US market.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding handoff.
- Manage and optimise our ATS (TeamTailor), ensuring data integrity and meaningful reporting on key hiring metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives that position FXC Intelligence as a destination for top talent.
- Bring insight from the market — benchmarking, competitor intelligence, compensation trends — to inform hiring decisions.
- Support recruitment for our London office
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closing — ideally within fintech, financial services, data, or technology sectors.
- Strong track record recruiting across at least two of our core functions: Commercial (Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Revenue), Product Management, or Technology/Engineering/Data.
- Deep knowledge of the US talent market, with hands-on sourcing experience across North America and the Americas more broadly.
- Familiarity with US hiring law and compliance is expected.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish — written and spoken — to engage candidates across US and Latin American markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills — you're a trusted hiring partner to senior leaders, not just an intake coordinator.
- Data-driven approach: you track pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and use the numbers to improve.
- Comfortable in a lean, high-growth environment where you'll often be building process, not just following it.
