Data Analyst

• Working with large-scale time series data & custom datasets from FXC’s strategic partners and clients
• Investigate data anomalies to identify and diagnose data inconsistencies and/or errors
• Help improve outlier detection systems and automated data tests
• Work with FXC Product Managers, Designers and Software Engineers to productionalise successful prototypes

Sales

• Supporting the continued high growth of the company by driving revenue from new clients and existing accounts
• Contributing to revenue targets within the first six months of joining the company through closed deals
• Accelerating market presence through a targeted commercial outreach strategy
• Identifying and qualifying leads, ensuring a strong pipeline of quality prospects
• Building and nurturing relationships with key US accounts, securing buy-in and maintaining FXC as a preferred partner
• Establishing a high-performance coaching rhythm for your direct reports, including weekly 1:1s and structured professional development plans
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of FXC and the cross-border payments industry

• Lead the Platform Team in building a secure and resilient high-performance platform
• Take responsibility for the quality of the changes delivered by the Platform Team
• Influence, coach and line-manage Platform Team engineers
• Align your team on goals, outcomes and timelines
• Be the go-to expert for AWS, owning the platform in AWS and staying current with new features
• Create and maintain the platform using Terraform
• Use metrics and monitoring to improve platform performance, security, reliability and cost control
• Improve the quality of life of your team and the business, through automation, process improvement or new technologies
