About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own delivery of product features end-to-end — from requirements and design through launch and iteration — within a defined product strategy
  • Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear, concise product requirements and specs, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Data
  • Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Clinical, Compliance, Finance), seeking direction from senior product leaders when navigating ambiguity
  • Support product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation to ensure features solve real user problems
  • Monitor feature-level success metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) and use insights to iterate; may own OKR/QBR reporting for your area
  • Optimize roadmap intake — triaging features, bugs, and requests — and connect engineering work to the end-user experience
  • Understand the technologies in your product area; articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices
  • Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy, escalating compliance considerations early

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management or a product-adjacent role (e.g., program management, clinical operations, analytics)
  • Experience shipping product features in partnership with Engineering teams in agile environments
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using product metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) to inform decisions
  • Clear, concise communication skills — able to write effective specs and drive feature discussions with engineers, customers, and cross-functional partners
  • Proficiency with common product and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard)
