• Design, develop, and maintain training programs, curriculum, and materials for new hire orientation and ongoing employee development.
• Collaborate with management to identify training gaps and schedule appropriate training sessions across departments.
• Analyze training outcomes and employee performance to determine program effectiveness; recommend and implement improvements as needed.
• Develop systems and processes to monitor employee adherence to training, ensuring operational consistency and compliance.
• Ensure employee compliance with company standards, procedures, and best practices during and after training sessions.
• Provide on-the-job mentoring and support for new hires; conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement and skill development.
