About the role
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks that drive data accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to deliver complex projects — including ERP implementations, automation initiatives, and integration efforts — on time and within scope.
- Manage project governance, including stakeholder alignment, risk management, communication plans, and executive reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing scalable frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale financial or enterprise projects in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- 3+ years of direct project management experience leading cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Background in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS preferred.
- Proficient in GSuite, Slack, and project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday Financials, SAP) and financial planning platforms (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
