About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join our Nordic Public & Security team as a Business Director and help clients transform their businesses through digital, data, and AI
- Your primary playground will be the defence and national security sectors, where you will scale our footprint and open new doors
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Futurice, success means expanding our client base and strengthening strategic relationships while cultivating a strong, collaborative team culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success in business development and account management within the Nordic technology and digital consulting sector
- An existing network and experience within the defence and security sectors combined with a genuine motivation to expand this expertise into the wider Nordic sector
- Deep insights and an existing network within the Finnish public sector, including a strong grasp of complex procurement and public tenders
- A genuine passion for expanding a portfolio by opening doors at entirely new clients
- The ability to navigate complex sales, lead high-stakes negotiations, and articulate how data, AI, and digital transformation solve the sector's unique challenges
- A systematic, self-driven approach with the resilience to navigate ambiguity
- Eligibility for a standard Finnish security clearance (Suojelupoliisin perusmuotoinen turvallisuusselvitys), which requires Finnish citizenship
- Fluency in business English and Finnish
- Swedish is a strong plus as we scale across the Nordics
