Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the development of complex, full-stack digital services across various industries
Contribute to design and architecture decisions to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable
Proactively identify issues and resolve them as part of the team
Participate in client-facing work, including demos, technical discussions, and roadmap planning
Strong learning mind-set: continuously improve skills and stay updated with new tools, languages, and frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in more than just prompting AI agents
Identify how skills and multi-agent setups can be used to create real business value to our clients
Effectively monitor and observe agent interactions to find potential bottlenecks and fine-tune agentic workflows
Proficiency with agentic AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code
Professional experience in software development, ideally within a consulting or client-facing environment
Full-stack coding experience, building apps using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and languages (TypeScript, Kotlin, Python, .NET)
Hands-on experience managing cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and setting up CI/CD pipelines
Experience in system design, data modeling, and APIs
Collaborative approach to agile teamwork with developers and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in writing clean, high-quality, well-tested, and documented code
Professional working proficiency in both Finnish and English
