Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a trusted advisor to clients shaping AI opportunities
Design and oversee complex AI ecosystems
Support sales and pre-sales by shaping AI opportunities
Act as a high-level consultant for C-suite stakeholders
Set the standard for AI engineering practices
Stay ahead of the curve and develop reusable proprietary assets
Ensure solutions meet the highest standards of AI safety and compliance
Foster a culture of continuous learning, mentoring Senior AI Engineers

Requirements

What you’ll need

An advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
Consulting mindset and comfortable working with clients
Deep, hands-on experience in Python and cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Proven track record of moving GenAI projects into complex, integrated production systems
German skills at a C1/C2 is mandatory
Fluency in English is also required
Expert knowledge of IaC, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Certifications: Cloud Architect or Data Engineer Associates (e.g., DP-600, AZ-204, or AWS Pro)
