Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take over the production code and continue building the product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Shipped LLM-powered and voice systems into production where incorrect outputs carried real consequences
  • Full-stack expertise across applied LLMs, real-time voice and conversational AI, telephony, human-in-the-loop workflows, observability, and secure multi-tenant SaaS
  • Strong convictions about reliability engineering, edge-case management, and AI quality versus cost-per-call trade-offs
  • Experience building managed and service-heavy platforms while scaling delivery without scaling engineering headcount
  • Willingness to operate as a principal and reject work that is not scalable or ready when product integrity requires it
  • Hands-on builder who continues to write code and ship close to the product
  • Finance, accounting, or FinOps background is a plus
  • Based in Los Angeles or the San Francisco Bay Area, or ready to relocate there, is a plus
  • Pragmatic and creative approach to finding solutions and iterating quickly
  • Cooperative, strategic, and hands-on working style
  • Active social media presence for founder-led distribution is a plus
  • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief founder-alignment note required to apply
