Software Engineer

• Execute the "Ava" Core Engine: Build and maintain the end-to-end inbound and outbound call workflows, ensuring that STT, LLM orchestration, and TTS work in a tight, low-latency loop.
• Architect Internal High-Leverage Tools: Develop the "Ava Hub"—the internal mission control that allows our non-technical team to tune scripts, review outcomes, and adjust AI behavior without needing a deploy.
• Own Production Observability: Build the logging, alerting, and audit trails necessary to provide lawyers with total transparency into how Ava is representing their firm.
• Partner with Leadership: Work directly with the CTO and Founder to translate pilot feedback into production-ready features, moving with the speed and pragmatism required in an early-stage startup.

• Full P/L ownership of the new entity
• A significant equity stake in the business
• This is a full-time role; we are seeking someone to dedicate themselves full-time and exclusively to building and owning a new SaaS venture.
