About the role

  • Own customer discovery, refine the wedge, and translate insights into a focused GTM plan
  • Run pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention and expansion
  • Work with FutureSight’s product/engineering pod to build and launch V1 by November 2025
  • Lead the seed raise with studio support, backed by real traction
  • Hire the founding team and set the cultural foundation
  • Full P/L ownership and accountability for the new entity’s performance
  • Daily active engagement with the studio team to launch product and achieve initial market traction

Requirements

  • Founder-level drive; motivated to co-found and lead as CEO
  • Previous founding experience or experience at a venture-backed company
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement (GTM chops)
  • Fundraising fluency; able to craft investor narratives and close capital
  • People leadership; ability to hire and lead founding team and set culture
  • Risk appetite and capacity to build a startup full-time and exclusively
  • Startup scrappiness and ownership of product from 0→1
  • Bonus: exposure to home services, VoiceTech, or conversational AI
  • Must be able to commit full-time and exclusively to the role
