About the role

Serve as Founding CEO of HawkAI, an autonomous voice and messaging assistant for logistics teams
Lead the roadmap: own customer discovery, refine the wedge, and translate insights into a focused go-to-market plan
Win customers: run pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention and expansion
Build the product: work with FutureSight’s product/engineering pod to launch V1 by November 2025
Raise capital: lead the seed raise with studio support, backed by traction
Build and hire the founding team and set cultural foundation
Daily active collaboration with the studio team to launch product, achieve initial market traction, and prepare for seed fundraise
Full P/L ownership and accountability for the new entity

Founder-level drive; motivated to co-found and lead a new venture as CEO
Startup scrappiness and comfort owning projects end-to-end
Previous founding experience or experience at a venture-backed B2B SaaS company
Risk appetite and capacity consistent with entrepreneurial profile
GTM chops: proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement
Fundraising fluency: able to craft investor narratives and close capital; well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities
People leadership: ability to attract, hire, coach, and set culture for founding team
Industry experience: background in logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software serving these industries
Bonus: Exposure to AI agents/large language models (LLMs)
Must commit full-time and exclusively to building and owning the new SaaS venture
