About the role
- Lead the roadmap: own customer discovery, refine the product wedge, and translate insights into a focused GTM plan
- Win customers: run pilots, shape pricing, validate retention and expansion
- Build the product: work with FutureSight’s product/engineering pod to launch V1 by November 2025
- Raise capital: lead the seed raise with studio support, backed by real traction
- Build the team: hire the founding team and establish company culture
- Daily active engagement with the FutureSight studio team to launch product and achieve initial market traction
- Full P/L ownership and long-term accountability for the new entity
Requirements
- Founder-level drive — motivated to co-found and lead a new venture
- Startup scrappiness — comfortable owning projects end-to-end in an early-stage environment
- Previous founding experience (co-founded a product company or B2B SaaS) or experience at a venture-backed company
- Proven GTM chops in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement
- Fundraising fluency — ability to craft investor narratives, close capital, and well-networked in fintech/early-stage communities
- People leadership — ability to attract, coach, and build a founding team and culture
- Risk appetite and capacity to lead an early-stage startup
- Bonus: Exposure to FinTech, accounting/finance tools and processes, or AI agents/LLMs
- Must commit full-time and exclusively to building and owning the new SaaS venture
