About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement Voice AI and conversational customer-service journeys in Parloa
Integrate Parloa with backend systems using REST APIs, JSON payloads, and OAuth2 authentication
Develop and configure use cases including FAQs, customer authentication, complaint handling, troubleshooting, motor reset, and booking termination
Support functional testing, dialogue optimization, defect resolution, and quality assurance
Apply GDPR, Responsible AI, security, and data-privacy requirements throughout the solution lifecycle
Conduct knowledge-transfer, training, and enablement sessions for business and technical teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate customer-service processes into effective conversational flows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical experience developing conversational AI, voicebots, chatbots, or virtual agents
Experience with API integration, particularly REST, JSON, and OAuth2
Understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and LLM-based solution patterns
Experience with dialogue design, intent modeling, and customer-service automation
A structured approach to testing, quality assurance, and continuous dialogue improvement
Awareness of Responsible AI, GDPR, information security, and data privacy
Strong communication skills and the ability to train both technical and business stakeholders
Experience with Parloa, Cognigy, or a comparable conversational AI platform
Working knowledge of TypeScript and/or Python
Experience connecting AI agents with enterprise systems and customer-service workflows
Familiarity with AI orchestration, tool calling, prompt management, and LLM-based architectures
