Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows
Build and optimize data models for analytics and reporting
Implement automation for data pipelines using CI/CD practices
Monitor data jobs and troubleshoot failures or performance issues
Support data consumption for: BI dashboards and reporting tools Data science and advanced analytics teams APIs and custom business applications
Work with structured and semi-structured datasets (CSV, JSON, Parquet, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+years in data
Strong experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT design, and data modeling
Advanced SQL skills for data transformation and analysis
Strong programming experience with: Python (mandatory) SQL (mandatory) Java or Scala is a plus
Experience with data lakes and data warehouses
Strong understanding of performance optimization and scalable data architecture
Experience with cloud-based or enterprise-scale data environments
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments
Experience with modern orchestration or automation frameworks
Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices
